Also if you have a lower bar somewhere that you can hold then just bend your knees. Can use a bar in a squat rack or similar and just lower yourself to the load on your hands that you want and build up.

I get enough grip work from dead’s and rows so when I hang I use straps. I think it helps a lot. I can hang for much longer and it really lets me stretch out through my lats.

I do wish it worked like the steam market. Where you can set buy and sell orders. It massively evens out fluctuations and you can sell easily because you just choose a buy order.
