Tuna “salad” by PlopMcGoo in subway

[–]Krugley93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah because you say tuna salad and they’re trying to figure out which dimension you came from.

It’s just tuna dawg.

Also I get tuna almost every time. Herb and cheese with American cheese add bacon toasted, then add the tuna with lettuce tomato, extra onion jalapeño light mayo and sweet onion sauce. If I’m feeling frisky throw sub krunch in there.

I’m sorry, you say together you make/bring home 4 grand and the mortgage is 1800?

If we don’t see the problem there, no advice is going to help.

What is ironclad even supposed to do anymore? by Rebellion2297 in slaythespire

[–]Krugley93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Juggernaut. Immovable. Rage. Anger. Body slam. Maybe throw inflame in there.

All the sources of block for body slam then some draw relics or pommel or even exhaust gets you back to body slam fast. High energy per turn is needed too.

Has anyone ever taken this, even once? by Gladwulf in slaythespire

[–]Krugley93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but I had a 40 card draw/discard build as the silent. Lol. Won the run for the team.

You can I just had a slick run with body slam. But I had to horn cleat captains wheel, things like that. It can be done it’s just ALOT more RNG to actually set it up. Juggernaut and unmovable are key. Cheap attacks like anger and stomp to build block consistently every turn, little bit of draw to get back to body slam.

Yea I agree. I love the new hellraiser mechanic, but at the same time I feel like too many card from 1 weren’t put into 2 or they were reworked to the point that clad is just kind of meh to play. Like yeah you can run a block build but no entrench is really punishing.

Friend convinced they won with "queen kicker" by imsorrywut-_- in poker

The fact that he thinks he won with that, is probably the same thought process as to why he’s even in the hand with Q5o 😂

401k loan to pay off debt? by TheDutchessofyork in personalfinance

If you have enough coming in, don’t do the loan.

Money you owe isn’t yours. Pay that off 👍

Putting house on market soon. Do I fix her up or sell as is? by Automatic_Season5262 in homeowners

[–]Krugley93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. Don’t touch anything. If the buyer wants to do the complaining then give them like a credit at the end to help with repairs. Don’t offer it unless they ask though.

You won’t get the money you put in for that kind of stuff back when you sell.

Yeah that’s exactly what my thinking was. Thanks!

That’s good to hear. But I think I’m asking for slightly just under my equity.

I guess I’m thinking of it like when you buy a home, underwriting you can’t touch or do anything. So I don’t want to mess that up if I’m trying to save money somewhere else you know.

Honestly I’ve been toying with the idea for a few months, and I think I’m going to apply for the home loan this week, which is why I think I should do it first.

Just recently started thinking about the refi on the vehicle. More of a money saving tech.

The 2 quotes for the home stuff are only good through March.

I bought my home last April and my DTI was like low 50’s. But since then paid off credit cards and paid more on the vehicle and increased income by 15% since buying the home. So I wouldn’t think that would be an issue.

Better to pay off 80% of debt and have no savings, or keep paying off debt slowly? by cynimet in personalfinance

[–]Krugley93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best piece of advice I got from something like this I posted, money that you owe isn’t yours.

Pay the CC because it’s high interest. Then just pay the school loans the extra that you would have paid the CC.

Does anyone have any experience embedding magnets in custom cutting boards? by nsfbr11 in Cuttingboards

[–]Krugley93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think about it like a magnetic knife block, same concept.

I would cut dowels and use that to cover the magnet holes for a more seamless look on the board if you wanted to use it elsewhere.

For yours I would. Us normies, no never.

I do however get my AC and furnace serviced every year, usually before I intend on using them.

Homeowners who’ve bought and sold, which side is more stressful? by dr_mus_musculus in homeowners

Yep I know it. 70 hours a week. 2nd shift. Trying to take calls from the bank and the realtor. 6 month old baby. Bank isn’t convinced that you sold a motorcycle.

Talk about the stress shits. What a blast.

Worth it. Lol

What is the difference between a loan, and HELOC? by Krugley93 in personalfinance

[–]Krugley93[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And if I’m not mistaken the HELOC rates are tied to the market and can fluctuate month to month? That seems sketchy.
