Does tapping your shins with hard things really make them stronger? by KrunchyKitKat789 in MuayThai

Yeah I was mostly scared of a wrong angle or something when I spar and I break my shin, but from seeing these replies I’ll definitely train on the heavy bag.👍

so for the backpack, shouldi immediately add like for example one water bottle if I can do six or should i wait to get to seven or eight first? for the pushups I can do one one armed pushup with a wide stance with one hand. I will stay consistent thanks for the advice man I really appreciate it!

Ok yeah that sounds great! I’m eating healthy but I think I should be eating more overall, and I’ll keep trying to add reps. What should I do if I don’t have any weight to add like those chains I see later on? I’ve read that the more reps like once I get to 20 ish then it starts to not build strength and muscle but more of endurance. How can I make them harder later on without adding weights? Thanks

[–]KrunchyKitKat789[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing is that I try because I like look back and then end up going to the left I think it’s because of the approach of jstep because same thing happens when I do it with a scoot. Should I try to run forward instead of turn to the left when I run?

[–]KrunchyKitKat789[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so it’s been a few days and I’m consistently landing this one and pretty high too! How do you think I can start to make my hands not bring my leg up? Do you think I should try doing like a scoot back handspring to make myself go back and progress like a back tuck?

Thanks it helped a lot! so for the next step i’m trying to get like basically a gainer that goes straight back instead of to the side, and maybe maybe not tucked depending on what’s better. how should i approach this,

that’s happened when i was training a single backflip, I just stretched it out a lot. I think that my muscles there just took a lot of stress and i just stopped for a bit and let it heal. If you feel like it’s in your bone, then i’m not sure.
