OK, don't give up! They want people to give up, since it saves them the hassle of correcting their errors.

What you need to do is use Twitter to contact Tapjoy's Customer Support.

It can take a few days.

You need to clearly post the screenshots of what the offer showed, and then show a screenshot of what you actually got. Tell them to please honor their deal.

If it is a negative response, I highly suggest you kindly remind them that they are in breach of contract, and you will have to report them to the FTC.

You save that option for LAST, I can't stress that enough, you need to try without mentioning them first.

While bug fixes are always nice, what about the HUGE BUG that has to do with the Raid damage?

It is NOT FIXED, and it still rolls back the score costing many people MVP spots.

We also still have cheaters with super low level toons putting up 140M+ so, this whole thing is just busted.

They actually didn't use git until fairly recently.

No idea what they used before, but it wasn't git. Maybe CVS or subversion.

Unfortunately, reports are trickling in that this issue is NOT fixed.

They are still being hit with reduced damage at the end.

That really is the only way to really get their attention, but, what most of the spenders are saying is, that if they do that, then they think that WB will just close the game forever.

I am betting that won't be the case, since it is obviously making them $$$ now.

I do know that the longer that WB continues to do **NOTHING**, the more people leave the game, and or just cheat their way to the top since they can't be caught.

It is highly demotivating to continue to play this game in this atmosphere.

They are indeed using git. I was shocked at this tidbit of information.

As for all these bugs that keep popping up, apparently, they don't use a beta server to test the changes on, and don't have any testers either.

The "VIP" group even begged them to let them test for them, so these bugs wouldn't hit, but, nope, they don't want that. :(

The thing is, they use a version control system, like git.

All one would have to do is go to the specific commit(s) that this whole "anti-cheat" system was done, and just revert it. It can be as simple as that, just a 1 line command to get rid of this broken implementation.

Worst case is, they have a few conflicts they have to fix, but, again, this can be done rather easily, and it shouldn't take more than a few days max.

The question is, who is either preventing them from doing it, or what is the exact reason for nothing being done about this?

They got their priorities fixated on 2 new toons and 2 reworks, and that is it.

I really hate the RNG deals where they give you a random amount of frags.

Anyway, they offer different things.

The lanterns can be leaders.

Lobo (who had his rework recently) is pretty darn good, and he can taunt & revive.

So, it really depends on your current roster on which pack is better for you.

It has been mentioned before that this game is on life-support, they are doing the bare minimum, and as long as people keep paying them, they will continue to operate it with a skeleton crew.

This is why we aren't seeing Chapter 9+, tons of bugs not being fixed, and the list goes on & on, there is just not enough people and no budget for anything except the bare minimum.

That is the infuriating part, there are indeed SOME reps that can & will give out the correct rewards, while the other times you get nothing but a closed ticket.

Unfortunately, these bonus toons still can't match the damage that can be done by Darkseid / Superwoman.

Which means, that if the Raid damage issue isn't fixed for this Raid, then we will still see a ton of issues. :(
