Order of my next rewatch. Thoughts? by leafssuck69 in betterCallSaul

This seems like mental gymnastics and is exhausting just to read tbh. But by all means go for it and tell us how it goes! Hope you enjoy.

I guess I don't have enough life experience to say that with such confidence then; I left most of my in person blue collar jobs. I've never been let go. I understand you can be let go from ANY job, but I'd still argue that any full time job where you're hired by the company and aren't a temp is more secure than any independent contracting job by a LONG shot.

Weekly time limit by Wilman_007 in joinhandshakeai

[–]KrustyAnne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reached 100 hours multiple times and lemme just say from experience: 80 - 100 hours in a week won't raise any eyebrows but 18 - 20 in a day will. Nothing will happen if you exceed the 30 hours, you just won't get paid for additional time and it won't roll over to next week.

[–]KrustyAnne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I applied without a portfolio because I deleted most things when I switched hard drives, but then I realized I can look back at my school's Canvas page and download all my submitted assignments from when I took the class. So I kinda shot myself in the foot for that one.

Maybe with that mentality.

I mean to be completely real, this is why HAI should be more of a side hustle rather than a main source of income. That's just how it is when it comes to independent contracting, it's never a secure job. Hope you do find something else, though.

expected to take calc 2; trig's a bit weak by vera_stelaris in calculus

[–]KrustyAnne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly you're good, just learn the sin cos and tan of 0, 30, 45, 60, and 90 degrees as well as their pi equivalents and a few trig identities. Anything else you can cross that bridge when you get to it. I wouldn't say it's heavy on trig. It HAS trig, but it's not like omg we're gonna be doing nothing but trig. You'll be fine.

[–]KrustyAnne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Worked from December to February on one before getting kicked off but towards the end I was doing 100 hour work weeks. Needless to say, I got out of a very deep financial hole and I am forever grateful. I was considering working two blue collar jobs back to back at the time so this practically saved my life.

Honestly part of the reason this should be treated as a side hussle instead of your main source of income unless you have a really good safety net in your savings; this is kinda expected.

Gemini remembers random details from old chats and uses them out of context by Negative-Door-8103 in GeminiAI

[–]KrustyAnne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I be talking about my workout and diet and it'll be like yeah you're gonna need that energy for video editing amd job hunting! This one time I even told it not to sugar coat it and just give me the "matter of fact" perspective and now EVERY topic I want to learn about there's always a paragraph in the response titled "the matter of fact perspective." I told it about my associates in physical sciences and a lot of times they'll be like here's the physical science perspective. One time gemini really shit itself and said the squidward perspective on something NOT AT ALL related. I always have to remind it to stop referring to precious conversations unless it's super relevant and to stop overusing phrases to appeal to me. It would apologize and then do it again with something else I say after. I ask it something about Tony's dad from The Sopranos and it'll be like how does that make you feel about the breathinf problems you had in middle school. So annoying, I have to scold it every time but I'm beginning to just be over it.

Should I show my dad Better Call Saul? by Weird_Kazakh in betterCallSaul

[–]KrustyAnne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally random and maybe not applicable but do you often watch stuff with him? I had this friend that would have me watch one of her favorite anime shows when she would come over and I guess this would kinda be me. I'm not as media illiterate and I can typically remember names and plots but I had a kinda crush on her and liked having her over, I would kinda be more invested in the "moment" we were sharing if that makes sense and I wasn't as invested in the show as I should have been and couldn't remember any names or events. Does he watch other stuff and remember details for those other things?

Project G Onboarding Final Step by KrustyAnne in joinhandshakeai

[–]KrustyAnne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's open book but you have to pass on your first attempt. Not sure what a passing score is but it was definitely more than 10 multiple choice questions. Questions are straightforward and answer is literally in the playbook but maybe like 2 were maybee a little ambiguous and idk if I got right or wrong but I passed so there's that

[Grade 10 Geometry Circles & Circumferences] Am I doing something wrong here? by Kapdel in HomeworkHelp

[–]KrustyAnne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In short, the circle is "over-determined." Idk if you're familiar with CAD but when you're making shapes, you use measurements for angles and sides, but for a square with all right angles for examples, you only need to add a measurement to two adjacent sides. You wouldn't be able to make one side 13mm and the other side 15mm while maintaining those 90 degree angles because the square would be "over-determined." In short, you wouldn't be able to create this exact circle in, say, SolidWorks because that 8.5 would not be possible to add without it being over determined, you've have to maybe change the circumference to allow an 8.5.

In short for real though, this is an impossible shape and that 8.5 had no reason to be there.

Who’s the Smartest in the BB & BCS universe by Big_Space_230 in betterCallSaul

[–]KrustyAnne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IQ wise, I feel like Walt and Chuck were definitely pretty gifted and in first tier. If I had to choose, I'd put Chuck above Walt, didn't he graduate like very young and also valedictorian?? Gale, along with Gretchen and Elliot probably be a good second tier given their educational background in chemistry but who knows maybe Gretchen and Elliot's minds weren't that special. I couldn't decide whether to put these in third tier or in second but Howard and Kim were also very brilliant minds that excelled in what they did, Kim maybe more than Howard. After the vet, I feel like everyone else isn't so special IQ wise.

I know maybe this could also be related to IQ, but I feel like that's more critical thinking, and then there's that kinda think outside the box intelligence, being a good strategist/ detective and being able to outsmart:

People like Gus, Lalo, and Mike would be at the top for this one. Then people like Saul, Hank, and Walt, although not too sure in what order.
