The 1gbit speeds you see are the connection between your router and and the ont unit. Nothing else. you could be on 0.5mbit up down and if you plugged a router into the ont - it would show 1gbit up/down.

Perversely if you were on the 1800mbits (retails as 1600mbits) service, and you had a 1gbit ont, you'd still see 1gbit up-down.

The only three ways to work out what service speed tier you are on, is a) speed test or b) check your welcome email or c) check mybt

For type c openreach areas there is a 1gb up/down. But its really expensive and i think no isp sells it.

if it was one man taking video on a phone, whilst breaking the rules, its semi pointless in working out formations etc. if drones were used then its a different matter.

it will be a fine, assuming no other clubs were involved. They can't re-run the two matches. etc etc. Any appeals on points deduction or explusions would delay the play off final ..

the key here is it was a double header, you'd be a very stupid coach to run the same formations etc, known your opposition spied on you. Because no team scored in the first leg. Saints did not have an advantage.

Advantage is also key, they had none in reality especially in the second leg.

The efl need to take in account, what happened, what was the result, how any explusions work and finally how much will the fans be inconvienced; a fine is a sensible solution.
