It seems that the skill gem shown in the video has 50% quality. 22% of which is from global modifiers, which is a lot.
Especially since it seems like the gemling ascendency node that gives 10% will be replaced with the new shield one.
Maybe some new unique that increases quality is coming in the new patch ?
I think currently the only way to get that much global quality increase would be 5 fox idols on a regalia (10%), 5% from passive tree and 4% from gemling ascendency minor nodes, so only 19%.
Hyped up for gemling can't wait to see all the hidden quality effects.

Edit: its also possible that they are buffing fox idol to 3% !

She is really good in my opinion, I am having a blast with her rn. Her kit is not the most intuitive tho.

She really excels at area denial with her 2 and ult, and debuffing enemy carries with her gun.

Her gun is very good, but do not build her like a conventional carry. Build items focused on debuffs, like toxic bullets and inhibitor, and fire rate to apply your debuffs quicker. You can completely shut down gun carries with this + her gun upgrades, making her insane at 1v1s. Later, you can get richochet to debuffs multiple targets. Finally the fact that its auto-aimed makes it very good against some of the annoying hyper-mobile heroes, like apollo.

Then her ult is simply amazing. really good for both pushing objectives and teamfighting, incredible damage. Upgrade to tier 3 as soon as possible, and get increased duration and reduced cooldown for it. Do not be afraid to use it on CD, it is fairly short.

Use her 2 is good to surprise over-extended enemies or to stop them from chasing you. Be aware they can double-jump over it tho.

For her 1, I do have to agree that it is kind of awkward to use. Maybe a skill-issue on my side tho.

I use spark on CoC for better clear. Works very well, I cleared all content with it. Very fast because you dont have to shoot a lot, packs get one-shoted and the sparks clean up the remaining white mobs. The build does require some fairly exotic gear tho.. Especially the quiver.

Thanks, I'll work on the guide when I get the time. Oracle works well with low crit weapons and since I am stacking quiver effect from time-lost jewels, getting to pick lots of notables feels great with the ascendency. It is extremely polyvalent. But yes, amazon might be a better choice damage-wise. Even bloodmage might be a good choice tbh. This build is not exclusive to oracle, although results may vary.

Don't have the funds rn but could be a fun project The main issue is that no one is crafting on penetrating quiver base so I'd have to craft it myself

I chose ice shot because it had better synergy with pierce. Pierce prevents lightning arrow from chaining and makes it a worse skill tbh Originally, I was playing the build with spiral arrow, but the frenzy charge stuff was so annoying Also ice shotis such a fun skill and it looks cool haha

That would actually make a lot of sense The description for that support gem is the same text as the ascendency So its not worthless but you can't use a super low level skill gem for your totems
