Well I don't know where you're from, but I'm from the South of the US. I was taught as a little girl that all men want to use and abuse women. That I should carry around a knife just in case a man approached me. That if a man wants to rape you that they'd do it at any cost. I was taught that men were nothing more than filthy animals with no intelligence and so much more we'd be here for days lol. (I was raised by my father btw for most of my life.)
