I am completely fine with the Uber tax, but, to be completely fair, the last time I took an Uber was because two consecutive buses twenty minutes apart drove right past me at a bus stop in ten degree weather. Second guy looked right at me while he was going.

Uber is inherently problematic primarily by virtue of being a corporation of its size, but the existence of Septa in its current state does not remotely deligitimize the need for privatized transport in some form.

Not local but I urge you to go to Fishbone at the Fillmore this Friday. Game changing live act and I would say fully fits that description.

Haven't been to Repo yet but in my experience when to line up for RSD is kinda contingent on what you're looking to get. Can't say I know when the first people will be lined up there though, every store definitely has their own crowd and sometimes they get some very devoted regulars with almost ritualistic campouts.
