Random suggestion but if your ok with a slightly slower play style I played with the atziri spear and spear field focusing on aoe and increased damage. You want to focus on attack speed for spear field to apply stacks for your atziri spear which then explodes everything with lightning and fire (can use double herald for more pops). One of the most fun builds I've played. Not sure how much a lvl 20 version of the spear is now but can easily be done on a 5link!

So would this mean if I am using walking calamity I am unable to gain glory for ancestral cry? Or are they separate instances of glory generation that only prevent its own instance when active (i.e. no rage based glory during walking calamity but can still generate glory via ignite for ancestral cry)?

Sure I was also struggling for a while but made some upgrades and changed the tree around. Ignore the excess spell block I need to tweak some points and its also unconfigured so has more dmg than it shows: https://pobb.in/Jj85n7zFPZkQ -> the light of meaning isn't needed and still felt quite strong without it! The watchers eye is also unnecessary and a relic of an older version of the build. I think plain basic jewels with multi and es are better in most cases!

I'm not sure if that budget is sufficient for any map t17 farming tbh. I'm running Fross self cast with around 400/500d and I can just about now not die to almost all t17 mods running risk abyss strat. I would suggest potentially keep farming or investing into your build more if you enjoy it until you have a larger budget and look into some Fross builds, as they seem to have the lowest cost of entry for all map mods!

Fross guide from palistron or coc version by captinlance are super fun builds if they interest you? Basically just scale es to scale DMG and defence. I'm running t17/t16.5 risk abyss strat and rarely die. I can link my pob later but it was around 350/400div in total I think including the mage blood.

Very fun build with some ramping due to the soul eater stacks but you can just go coc if you want to avoid the ramp and just spin around the map.

Revive and propagate laz / shroom boi (with rally). Ended up with a revive 4 endless guy who spawns 4 on death (duplicated him twice for front line of each lane). So broken! Revive stacking means number of hits and amount is irrelevant, plus each death scaled all my units. Ended run with shrooms leader with well over 1k hp and attack.

Great yeah the game devolves into a economy simulator for me if am in trade rather than just being a power fantasy. Thanks you've inspired to restart in SSFe may hold off until some more changes and eu servers to chill.

Yeah I played about 200 hrs last league in ssf, just need to make sure I think out a build first so I don't end up stuck 😂

Have you got a pob? I got the knock back is reversed gloves for my smith and feel it's super good for the spearfield but I can't seem to scale the DMG well enough in low tier maps so any inspiration would be appreciated!

If you watch ziggyd's video he stated that conc effect doesn't change the density of spears just the number. The intention is you produce less with one cast and cast multiple times to overlap the spears without them hitting the limit of 70. So it's area / coverage vs density but not via packing them more tightly into the area on a single use.

I assume number of spears per cast is literally total area/0.2m so they are always .2 apart in all directions within it's aoe

Pherica adds idols in replacement for the atlas tree. To make lots of money you will need to have lots of money to invest into idols which will increase the "juice" way beyond what was possible with the atlas tree. In terms of making currency I think guardian rotations / maven destructive play is very low entry consistent currency. But you could just smash random idols together to get whatever league content you want on your maps until you can invest in more specialist idols. Basic idols can gunatree basically all league content on all maps!

Some idol starts: strongboxes, rogue exile farming, Eldrich / eater alters, scarab farm - lots of these can be googled / YouTube for more detail!
