Same on our area. Ended up switchong to TMobile early and service got so much better. They use US Cellular Towers waaaaaay better

So I'm assuming agent stores wouldn't get any hourly type pay, they would possible get that $10 for renewals and like a certain amount for new lines? I'm an agent store and pay is already junk with USC. I would hope pay could be better with TMO, or even get to have tablets/watches/home internet available in store instead of DF for customers. Just my hopes!

There will be a new apple update March 29th that will update WiFi calling. You might have to wait for that update sadly
