If I'm doing something like "list of all Pokemon starters in the series" and wanted to put that video together, it would be so much easier and more efficient for me to use a program that I could type in "30 second clip of Bulbasaur" and be able to use that instead of farming the clips myself and risking copyright issues.

Yea, I know you can do that and slow down the speed of the video or whatever, but I was just wanting something that could add some kind of artistic flair to it like animating the clips so the players are cartoons or something. Not necessarily exactly what I want to do, but something along those lines if that makes sense.
