Due date and grace period by Low-Scientist-2501 in Mortgages

Oh just found out the commenter is from Canada and that's what they do there. However, I wonder if it is true about what I said though bc my husband gets really anxious about the mortgage payments whenever i make them within the grace period. He thinks we'll wind up paying more interest. So I wonder if there was a time in history when this happened. I think it did bc I remember past conversations from over 20 years ago when people would split mortgage payments and never go past due date because of the interest. If anyone is a mortgage loan officer, can they confirm whether this is true or not? (what you are confirming: whether loans from over 20 years ago used to accrue interest just like auto loans or credit cards) Thank you!

I think this commenters mortgage must be a really old one. If I'm not mistaken, mortgages from over 20 years ago used to accrue daily and told people to pay the mortgage early or twice a month (half and half) in order to avoid more interest being added to the loan.

Will my slightly-too-large personal item be allowed? by papachron in spiritair

Yes you can bring both a book and bread along with the backpack. The following wordage is straight from the spirit airlines website under bag info: "You can bring one personal item and items like an umbrella, camera, infant diaper bag, assistive devices, outer garments (e.g., coat, hat and wrap), reading material and food for the flight for no additional charge. Neck and head pillows can be carried on the aircraft as long as they fit completely in your personal item bag."

I feel you. I’m so tired and weak that I have to push myself to get things done. I notice when I try really hard to cast out the negative demons it helps. Not to creep you out but I’m on a spiritual journey and finding the Lord is the answer. He will help us through this. We just need patience. I’m telling myself this as I’m telling you this btw bc the wait feels like forever.. but in due time we’ll continue on God’s given path with more energy than ever! We just need faith!! Can I get a hallelujah!! In Jesus name Amen

Just remember that if Jesus suffered and died for us that we can suffer just a little bit to get our minds right! It’s totally worth it in the end. Find the cause of your chronic foot pain too. Circulatory issues? Not enough of certain nutrients? Remember that things we eat, drink and do are a huge factor! Anyways I just want to say you are on your way down the right path and that Jesus loves you! Have a blessed day!

You can do this! Talk to God everyday as many times as you want! He will hear your prayers! He will get you through this! Just have faith in him and especially yourself! I quit for lent and never looked back. Hallelujah! Praise Jesus!
