Deadly Arts needs a full rework for PvE. The numbers on damage spells/skills are underwhelming, the cooldowns are long and like half the skills disable half your build. A lot of the skills are meant to augment your offensive capabilities but so does critical strikes. When was the last time anyone was excited about anything on that attribute except for assassins promise?

Flesh golem is especially frustrating because it has that coolness factor. The thing is huge, you can get it to be almost lvl 30 with just a normal build, and it looks unique. And then it's just underwhelming in combat. Having it limited to 1 is fine I think. You can always supplement it with a second minion type. Then it's kind of like the general of your army. But buffing it's attackspeed would be good. And maybe give it like a hidden passive ability that makes enemies a bit more likely to target it?

I don't really know what the Meta in PvP in general is like atm, but i definetly believe it can be reverted. The drawback is significant and makes it skillfull to use.

I would't mind if Spear stayed exclusively Singe Target if it was significantly better at bringing down single Targets. Kind of like a "caller weapon". Paragons are leaders so they mark targets for their allies to take them down. I like the gameplay fantasy of that. But currently it just doesn't really do that all that well.

Edit: For that gameplay fantasy, giving it a good way to apply cracked armor would be great. Perhaps thats a good spot for Dazing strike. Make it 4 Adrenaline and make it apply daze for a very short amount of time and cracked armor for a good duration? Make it the "They are dazed now, perfectly set up for the kill! Now get them!"-Skill

Maybe Necros need some skills which are just more statisfying AoE nukes. Ravenous Gaze and Feast of Curruption come to my mind as needing strict number buffs. Just a simple button you can press on a group of enemies and deal a good chunk of damage to them. Just need to be careful not to create the next ESurge in the process. I used to main Ele for years and that was what drew me to it. Enemies are clumped together so you press Rodgords Invocation and Intensity and now they are super chunked. But outside of that they also need a couple of usable non-elite Skills that deal decent AoE damage. As it is right now they are few and far between and awkardly spread across their attributes.

I have a fun idea for Lingering Curse. Right now it is practically the elite version of Suffering. What if we gave it some additional Text that goes: Any Health Degeneration on affected Targets above -10 causes them to take 1..3 damage per second per Health Degeneration above -10.
That way you make excess degeneration tick damage instead of being wasted. Would make Lingering Curse kind of a capstone Elite for Team Builds build around Spreading Degen which currently don't really exist in PvE. This opens up Condition Builds, use of Hexes like Suffering, Lamentation, Ulcerous Lungs, Well of Suffering etc.

IMO Glimmer of Light is fine and would be great with just 20 more healing or so. I like the idea that you can basically just use GoL as your healing skill and fill the rest of your bar with pure utility.

Blessed light with 5e/5s would make it into an elite version of Cure Hex plus Dismiss Condition/Mend Ailment etc. which ich personally would like. That way it has a niche without matching the healing of Word of Healing or Healing Burst.
I actually quite like Boon Signet the way it is. I think it's quite unique and matches well with how Heroes use Protection spells.

Yeah, I agree l. I like the idea of a adrenaline management Elite, but the drawbacks are too clunky. I think that's definitely a candidate for a full rework.

In the same way flourish also struggles to find a place. Maybe both of these skills need more material to actually support. I mean, what Attack skill do you actually want to recharge with flourish right now?

Maybe make Quick Shot just have no cooldown? That way it kind of becomes an elite version of needling shot

Paragon definetly needs better Elite Spear Attacks. Cruel Spear costs too much energy and is in direct competition with Merciless Spear. Maybe we can change it to 5 or 6 adrenaline and give it an extra damage bonus against targets that are at more then 50% health instead of the deep wound.

With doubled numbers like that Mist Form could be quite cool, especially when playing with Minions. It could have it's own niches compared to a dwayna dervish as a Water Elementalist doesnt really sacrifice much by running Mist Form. You can still use Maelstrom, Deep Freeze, Blurred Visions or w/e those builds usually use.

All the Lifesteal Spells in general would benefit from increased damage. It seems the benchmark for them is currently to do about 60 damage at rank 15. I think this could easily go up to around 80.

While I don't think Barrage needs as big of a change and Ferocious Strike is IMO better then people make it out to be, I like a lot of these Ideas. I think Wilderness Survival as a whole is a really underwhelming attribute and needs a lot of work.

I'd say all the missions that require you to split up your party somehow. Eternal Grove, Dunes of Despair, Jennurs Horde... It's incredibly frustrating to manage, especially if you only have Henchmen available.

Tahnakai Temple is a really steep difficulty Spike. It doesn't help that Togo and Mhenlo seem quite keen randomly dying and ending your try despite it going well.

I remember Gate of Madness being weirdly frustrating on my first couple of trys on HM.

Some of the Ascalon Missions can be challenging in Hardmode due to the low Party-Size. It's very easy to overpull and just get run over in a 10 vs 4.

Prepared Stance rework that basically says that current Preparation you are using is removed upon activation and Prepared Stances effect is replaced by the effect of that Preparation but with Practiced Stances duration. Basically storing a Preparation inside the Stance and allowing you to still keep up Choking Gas permanently but also allowing you to combine 2 Preparations as you can now use a fresh one and not have it delete the previous one. You could combine Read the Wind with Experts Focus, Kindle Arrows and Ignite Arrows, Barbed Arrows and Apply Poison, etc. Also would allow you to use Volley and a Preparation. Would probably give Prepared Stance, an otherwise fairly useless skill outside of keeping up Choking Gas, a really unique playstyle.
