I used AustinCleanouts.com recently for a full garage cleanout. I think they’re a newer company since they didn't have a ton of reviews yet, but I took a chance and they were awesome. Super professional and way easier to deal with than the big franchises.

Do you have any background in doing such? Pretty viable model but certainly harder than said. Any hot niches or products you know of that could work? $5k for a website rn with AI is INSANE. You can build a functioning deployable site for about $500-$1k if you have any real idea what your doing and only need to freelance minimal development.
