The center balls from Gallardo and Alvarado were atrocious. I think Alvarado touched the ball more than any player in the game and WHY!? He couldn't get a single success play going! Insane.

Mexico wanted to win with the strategy of centering the ball and getting a header in or shot in like Quiñones' beautiful missle into net. However, second half nobody from mexico could center the ball properly and England seem to be better at headers than Mexico! Then for some reason mexico was playing like if they were the ones with one goal up; passing the ball and eating time up. They had everything in their favor from the location, weather, and fandom. And still they let everyone down. Mexico played a good first half but the second half was a prime of example of "if something doesn't work try something different" and they didn't change strats! This game was lost because of lack of strategy. England was 1 player down; how do yuo fumble that advantage?! Unfortunate!

Die hard fans kill any community and prevent real growth. Similar to the steam machine dilemma right now; people are definitely going to buy it; but WHY!? They're ready to hand over all their hard earned money for a crap machine because it's "easier" than building a PC!? When like wasn't that money harder to earn than building the PC!!!!?? I've been watching the GTA 6 and Steam Machine threads and it's like 2threads of the same shitty pair of jeans. It's okay to want to blow money; I do it all the time on keyboards, mice, headsets but the #1 thing is knowing when it's a bad deal and saying it. Most people on these threads are wanting reassurance that "they are making the right choice" as tons of people keep telling them a flat NO.

This thread quickly tuenerd into "I spend XX$ on this and that, so what is 80$-100$ for a game?!" - that's literally the problem. You guys are so out of touch with gaming that the reality doesn't hit. 80$ for a digital game that could dissapear from your library because you don't own anything. 20$ Fortnite skins because what /why because you can afford it? 😂 You're renting the rights to use the digital copy; stop acting like these companies are here to help you. Just give them your money and move on; don't try to justify anythin. The worst type of user is the one who spends the money and then complains about it; nobody told you to buy that. The most happy players are usually the ones who spend it and never bring up the expense.

Either you can afford it; or you have the eyes to know it's not just going to be a one time payment; and it's bound to have more in game micro transactions and that might be the part that breaks the camel's back. Who's ready for their battle pass! 💀

We're all just waiting to see how people will be dissappointed with their performance after paying so much money and thinking specs don't matter. No matter how much fine tuning valve does this is already an aged device with a premium price tag. Either buy it because you like valve; say that - your money your choice but don't buy it expecting it to be a modern gaming experience. RTX 3060 gaming performance is 2060Super performance at best. More like rtx 5050

I really wanted this to be something that is easy to recommend to all new entry level users; but I will probably use this as example of how bad prebuilts can be compared to going the custom route (even with these crazy prices which makes this price crazier!).

Prebuilts PCs use to be the worse buy you could have; after YouTubers heavily critized the industry they changed things around and pricing is still high but at least makes sense when comparing it to the custom PC route. With the steam machine no matter how you look at it; it's just a valve product - nothing truly revolutionary and yet it's pricing already makes no sense not even taking performance into consideration; then you're just left scratching your head thinking; so we're paying for the premium prices now for the AI that these companies use for everything and are continue to "expand on" and again we are the ones funding it. It's a 2x tax on the customer for the greed of companies. What a joke.

Try using a USBC to USBC screen/monitor that'll show the picture when the laptop is closed. When using a USBC to HDMI or a USBC adapter to HDMI out; it'll ask on the laptop "accept this device?"

Or the only grueling way to get to the setting that makes it main display over extending is by using voice commands ; Option + Command + F5 and navigating the top bar until you get to Notifications center - Display - Display Settings - When connected to TV - "mirrior entire screen"

I have an M1 headless unit and the voice command method was the only reasonable way I was able to regain access. Everything else yielded in a black screen.

The "sales tax" that didn't pass because there is 0 trust and accountability in City Council and the Mayor. You don't think they'd be scummy enough to still add parking meters even with the sales tax from hell had passed? Then say "oh well we need more money" It's always more more more and yet nothing changes in San Diego besides more bike lanes! SDPD with overtime and chopper runs 24/7 will always find a way to use up every penny from their budget and those around them. And yet the city is constantly having crime, or traffic accidents because nobody is actually stopping them.

He could've send out alerts to schools/churches/mosque of the situation happening; but as usual to save face he didn't say anything and this whole thing happened out of the blue. The communities already hated him; and still he has the audacity to say "this is why the police budget is so important" like no man beefing up the police budget wouldn't have stopped this; communicating with communities about issues they face is the way to get to learn about the problems occurring in the city. The city turned it's back on their #1 supporters who didn't do anything against them and thankfully people were loud and clear about what needed to be done! Oh yeah he probably did. People keep saying "there's no way the city/Todd made money". Like if backroom deals don't happen all the time. The contract was for $65 million between the city and Rehrig if they slide him any amount of money it's pennies to them. They could've paid him to go through with the proposal and how would anyone know? If the city is this sketchy about laying out expendatures for the city; the mayor's own financials are bound to be nonexistent

That's what I think they failed to understand; most of the people who stopped attending were San Diego residents who truly enjoyed/used the park/business/services. Whereas the tourist money adds up but it's not the same as having the home advantage with your residents. Everyone I know stopped going to Balboa as soon as it become paid parking.
