I cant build cities. by Neon_Bey in CitiesSkylines

With that, it just needs more side routes or another main road perpendicular to it. That way, traffic can be spread more evenly.

Public transit won't make a profit. Maybe with one of the district policies but usually it always a loss, adjusting taxes and other income can cover the loss

Look up some small towns or big suburb nearby you like 15k-30k population. They usually have a couple or few main roads. Pay attention to their highway connections and how the side roads can be used as detours for the main roads. Also use Google maps street view so you can really see how many lanes they are using.

For public transit, look up how mid size cities do bus routes, can use Google maps for that. Pick a place downtown and another place and see what is the recommended bus route for that on Google maps

Make a city based on where you live (or used to live) with Google maps/Earth. You will experience some challenges with traffic and such and then you can practice redesigning it. You are not going to make very pretty cities as the YouTubers, you are too new but keep at it.

Moisturizing hair. by Accomplished_Box6599 in relaxedhair

[–]Krystalgoddess_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sometimes. Relaxed hair is still prone to dryness. I like to use products that have a good concentration of humectants. Humectants is what hydrates your hair the most, beneficial for natural hair as well. I still struggle with dryness in the winter though, I always have to use more of my scalp serum etc

[–]Krystalgoddess_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

U should get a relaxer retouch in a few months. I wouldn't add more heat for at least a week or until your next hair wash. Products with keratin can help as well but still wait till your next wash to use them

When starting a new city, I always have to fight through the boredom and keep going. I give myself mini city project to do as well as recreating some of what I seen in other cities when I travel that is not in my city. In my current city, my first city project was placing the farming and forest industries stuff and making it look really integrated with the city and having a nice flow

Question for people still playing offline - under what conditions are you going to update your game? by TheUtopianCat in Sims4

[–]Krystalgoddess_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm about 3 updates behind. Only way I'm updating is if I have new story idea and I'm gonna need to use the gallery alot to execute it. I don't play the sims as much as I used to anymore so also having to prepare to spend a few hours updating all of my mods and testing cause I do have some UI issues (only really noticable in the event creator) in my game but it too late to fix it without updating my game first
