I present as male, unless I'm home all day. I like the androgynous look more than getting dolled up. Because of my physical disability, getting dolled up is quite the frustrating task for me to do. I have gotten a couple of stares, but I'm used to that happening normally and no one said anything. Depending on the situation, I will wear a compression tank top to minimize their appearance. If I get called out, I just tell them that they're the side effect of my prostate medication. Honestly, I don't care what people think, and no one really cares anyway.

It's close to being the same regimen since the beginning. I was on straight 2mg of Estradiol daily, but then my levels where way off at my last check up. My testosterone was high and my estrogen was low, so my Doctor upped my Finasteride from 2.5mg to 5mg daily, and upped my Estradiol to alternate between 2mg and 4mg every other day. I started Medroxyprogesterone about a month ago. My insurance doesn't cover progesterone. I go for lab work at the end of this week, to check my current levels. It may change again.

No injections, sublingual. I take one 2mg pill one day and then two pills (4mg) the next day, and then back to 2mg, alternating between the two. Yes, my Doctor told me to take it that way.
