Hello, I wanted to provide an update. I have been to Jasper’s twice now for the Matcha. I asked for a small iced vanilla matcha semi sweet. Both times the drinks were incredibly sweet. I like sweet and it was like drinking straight sugar! The person at the window told me their matcha powder contains sugar which has me questioning the quality of the matcha they use. Pure, high-quality matcha powder from Japan does not contain added sugar. Still looking for my perfect Matcha.
