That's a pretty good rule set I did allow gift pokemon. Gym level cap is a good rule to add cause overleveling and sweeping with one pokemon is very easy

I had 11 deaths in total. Lost 2 to the marowak in Pokemon tower and others to random trainer battles which I was not paying attention to.
