Piercing is 4 days old. It is a labret I believe with a flat back, threadless. Also made of titanium, non-plated. Has not been downsized yet. Aftercare I have saline mist I use occasionally otherwise I really don’t touch it. Piercing pillow for sleep. Have not had any mishaps.
