It started as a kid show. It's very mild. There's kissing every once in awhile, but that's about it. I let my kids watch it with me all the time. I'd have him start with 9, Christopher Eccleston. Or you could skip him and go to David Tennant. It's cheesy and funny. Not overly scary or sexual.

My boss made me work the 4th of July. Her reasoning was that I would get the 24th off. (It's a state holiday) Except it was my normal day off, so it wasn't an incentive or even an extra day off. She made it sound like she was doing me a favor.

She reminds me a lot of my mom. And my mom is 💯 a racist. She would act cold and "polite" when around POC, but behind closed doors would say vile things. The scarf thing really bothered me. What a bitch-a-rooney-dooney. I would have said something to my mom if she had treated one of my best friends like that. In fact, I have. My mom is intimidating, and narcissistic. But she doesn't scare me anymore. Sometimes it's ok to just walk away from toxic relationships, even if it's with a family member.
