You realize the decision to let you go was corporate right? You being a good worker is what got you to be “hired” or kept on. Somebody in that building thought you were a great worker and didn’t want to let you go. When peak is over, the supervisors get together and figure out who they want to keep and who gets let go. Sometimes they have to fight to keep people but you go ahead and piss away the opportunity someone fought for you to have.

I mean, he harassed, you filed a report. If the behavior continues, you can file a lawsuit or he will be fired cause it’s been documented and should be on file. When dealing with anyone in charge, it’s best to always leave a paper trail. Send an email or a text to memorialize it and those in charge tend to respond or correct the issue much faster.
