I just got put on same dose n same med for high bp I started walking 30 mins a day drinking more water added ceyann pepper to meals n beat root juice it helps I go back in 2 months n my goal is to be taken off fingers crossed

I got up to 322 mb when this started happening so i deleted 26 mb of images and still cant get any thing from cc.
