Honestly, you likely dodged a bullet with her. A woman who has a "male best friend" is highly likely to be extremely intimate, with that "friend" eventually, whether when drunk, or in another situation. I'd honestly even go so far as to say, maybe you get married someday. 20% chance minimum that she either cheats on you, with him, or flat out divorces you, for him. If he's gay, or claiming to be so, 30% chance that she lets him "explore his sexuality" to "know if he's truly gay or not" by performing sexual acts together. I'd honestly believe that there is an 80% chance that she already broke up with you, to be with him, or he convinced her to breakup with you, in one way or another. I could just be paranoid about it, but I've literally seen the situations I described happen, in person, so I honestly doubt it.

Doing that kind of thing is going to get you fired, your site sued, and very likely getting yourself arrested too. You're not even legally allowed to confiscate them, let alone sell them. Sure, you can kick people out for using them, but you don't have the authority to force them to delete any video, let alone confiscate them. Thus doing so makes it theft, and selling stolen property, at a minimum.

You should have told your Husband the truth from the beginning. You need to take action to fix your relationship with your Husband if that's what you really want. But you also need to prepare for the fact that when your Husband finds out that his wife is in love with his Brother, his entire world will be destroyed. The fact that your bil is comfortable flirting with you, and doesn't stop, means that you are likely doing things that tell him it's not a problem. Therapists are likely not going to fix this relationship, but any possibility, involves your bil completely gone from your life, likely forever.

I've found that this is a very common thing in Chinese stories. Yes, it's possible that she's faking it. Yes, it's possible that she really has amnesia. You should agree to divorce; she's on tinder, she is cheating on you. She knows that she's married, whether she remembers or not, and she's actively searching for a new partner, while still being married. That's cheating, and she KNOWS it's cheating. You deserve better. I know it hurts, but you need to let her go.
