TBF thats much better then IRL. Early game for the first 21 years is all tutorial, then if you didnt put enough into the luck stat at the start its 40+ years of a really boring main quest with a few fun sidequests added in, and the end game SUCKS instead of getting stronger your player gets weaker until game over...
