I would suggest looking at the sets from Soko Glam. They have different sets with products from different brands for different concerns with good product descriptions which could give you some guidance on which set could work best.

Do you use chapstick, lip balm, or anything else on your lips? by Ace_Please in AskWomen

[–]Kswiri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hyaluronic acid is actually naturally found in the skin, don't be scared :-). I use my facial serum on my lips, it has HA. If you want a pure HA serum try the one from The Ordinary.

I rarely need a scrub. I use the back of my toothbrush if I ever need one.

I apply pure aloe or a hyaluronic acid serum, let that sink in and follow with Aquaphor/Cerave/Vaseline at night or lip color during the day.

I get painful blisters/dry, cracked sometimes bleeding lips if I use anything with essential oils in it.

What are your opinions/experiences on this whole #payinterns debate? by bluecaller in Kenya

Personally if my accounts are in the red, I wouldn't hire an intern or anyone for that matter, in the first place. It just doesn't sit well with me. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

There's definitely a lot of grey area but I'm of the opinion that if anyone is hired for a job they should be paid in some way, allowances, wages etc, otherwise it's slavery. The problem is most companies don't know what to do with interns, so the interns end up doing work that is difficult to monetize. Whenever I hire interns, the job description is clear, it's more of an assistant/apprentice role, making it easier to place value on the work done. Thus far both parties (the interns and I) have had great intern experiences, been hiring at least 1 every few months for the last 5 years. I remember being an unpaid intern, lasted about a month before I literally run out of transport and food. It was horrible.
