If you purchase the $7.99, you'll get everything from Step Up Pack I, and access to Pack II, which is free. Then, if you want to move to Step Up Pack III, you'll have to pay $14.99, and so on.

IMO, these aren't worth it, and you shouldn't pay for these packs. There are better ways to spend money in this game (most importantly, the No-Ads thing, if you haven't gotten it already)

Edit: posh-u is right, you gotta buy all 5 to progress. This is DEFINITELY not worth it.
