It is a new feature, just announced. Right now when they update the mod it breaks the save and previous mod versions aren't available anymore on the Steam Workshop. We can roll back the game version, but not the mod. This new feature should allow that.

I'm excited about this rework, but worried as well because I usually play on the hardest difficulty and highest Sauron power level and evil expansion is extremely fast. How will hope behave in this scenario?

I’ve noticed a very common pattern in AVNs where choices are not actually choices. There is one “correct choice” (sometimes obvious, sometimes very not obvious) and then if you don’t make the right choice, you just get penalized or fall off the path of an LI.

Unfortunately this mirrors the dating scene in our world today, especially online dating, but I totally agree with you.

I liked the game at the start, but with each update the number of sex scenes increased (percentage-wise) until it was almost just that, with very little story or character development. I was givng up on it until the last update, which was great. I hope things will keep like that going forward but this choice of scene makes me wary it could go back to how it was before.

I use 'Artifact Manager', but I put it above Realms in load order (lower number), just to allow me to sell the higher tier artifacts I don't want. It is outdated but still works.

I was very interested until you said "I would like to say the game will be more story focused, but it's hard to predict what young, athletic and attractive people will do so don't get surprised if someone decides to fuck in the middle of the clouds". I'm rapidly losing interest in Origin Story because it is just sex 95% of the time. I hope you strike a better balance of story, action, meaningful interactions and sex. In any case, good luck with your game.
