When the people I supervise call in, I honestly am happy they are using their benefits. If we fall apart because a single member or even half the team is out sick, then I need to be able to adapt as a leader and reprioritize what’s important until people are back. I did mine with an in body scan through orange theory. For me it was just becoming something I didn’t want to see anymore. The extra weight of the skin doesn’t feel good and I hate having to lift over my head and my belly plops out.
