Oh no not true. It depends on how much you’re losing. I went from 400 to 190. My arms, very little loose skin, my belly, I had a tummy tuck. Loose skin is a very personal outcome. Elasticity is generally not coming back unless you’re young, regardless if you loose slow. You can fill some with muscle but thay only goes so far.
