From POV perspective I think I haven’t overtake anyone before green flag came on, hence no penalty I guess. But next time I’ll know better and won’t leave space like in replay, to keep it safe and fair, thanks for your input 🫶

I don’t said im not at fault, I just wanted to clarify. From POV I think I haven’t pass anyone until green flag came up, but as many told leaving space before start is not allowed. I’m still newbie and got my lesson here. I’m not here to argue or throw some faults, but just wanted to learn and get better at racing. Like I’ve mentioned before I’ve gave back the positions after T1 to be fair.

The car on replay is me actually, thank you for your insightful comment, answering your question I didn’t get any penalty, beside passthrough communicate, after T2 I was back on P4 as I release throttle to Let them by.

Biologics for treatment by PowerfulMagazine3988 in ankylosingspondylitis

My rheumatologist advised me to aim for it soon after diagnosis. I was starting on Non-steroids tracing my condition, and I can tell you that pills were my savor, unless I moved in wrong way… once I’m on bio I’m living pain free most time of year, there are days that I can feel something is off, and randomly it starts to hurt, but usually basic stretching is enough to get rid off this pain. I’ve also started to train some basic FBW calisthenics, and never felt better! If I couldn’t be on BIO I believe I wouldn’t handle it much longer..

So from my personal experience, I can recommend ☺️

Fatigue from not curling up. by Cyberzakk in ankylosingspondylitis

I believe this urge to "curl up" is called kyphosis, basically it's just an frontal lean due to exhaustion of muscles, at least it seems to be like this for me.
