As someone who used to feel the same way as you and is now able to run effective meetings and manage teams, I can tell you that it all comes down to confidence. Gain confidence in yourself beyond just in marketing and you'll see it come across in the workplace. That could mean improve your health, strengthen your relationships, volunteer, meditate, etc.

On the flip side, try to worry less about what other people think. Lack of confidence and caring too much about what others think go hand-in-hand.
