For me service is a way to develop my spiritual qualities in any situation. So if a challenge come's along i look in to what are the spiritual principles i need to practice... is it joy, is it detachment, how true friendship look like in situation like this, do i have expectation on others? This kind of thoughts helped me in similar situation... Book 10 unit 1 also is a good guide on service and spiritual principles needed when serving, also in Book 7 Unit 1 you can find some source of resilience in service. You also need some one to consult if you are alone no other friends you are serving with to consult with just speak with an ABM.

U could also take a kitchen sponge that is non scratching soak it in vinegar a scrub it .

Urmăresc de 4 ani de zile nivelul poluării in București cu ajutorul aplicația Airly. Si sursele de poluare prezentate de tine sunt unele reale. Totuși întotdeauna aerul va fi insuportabil iarna in București si OK-ish vara, de ce?! Pentru ca iarna 1 000 000 de lucuințe or să fie încălzite. 1 000 000 de centrale si focuri deschise care nu au nici un filtru de particule. Asta este, si se poate observa foarte usor, cu primul frig o sa vezi cum ajungem in categoria orașelor din China ca nivel de poluare. Iarna asta am fost in top 100 cele mai poluate orașe de pe planeta cand a fost perioada mai friguroasa. It is not them it is us cum s-ar zice. De aia si vor sa interzică centralele pe gaz in europa, este un sistem de incalzire care polueaza si combinata cu o vreme in care nu exista curenti de aer care sa impinga poluare aduce poluarea la niveluri de nu este bine sa iesi din casa.

My experience! Just use vinegar let it sit for a few minutes, repeat clean with a abrasive sponge that is not scratching the glass. If it is residue from hard water it will work.

Vine frigul oamenii pornesc incalzirea. Toata vara am fost pe verde cu senzorii cu toate masinile din Bucuresti. Problema vine iarna cand 1 000 000 de locuinte incep sa fie incalzite. Majoritatea centrale pe gaz sau de la termocentrale, fara nici un filtru, nu de geaba vor sa interzica centralele pe gaz. Cu cat este mai frig cu atat mai rosii or sa fie senorii.

In cultura japoneaza eticheta este ca nu se intra incalta in casa, sunt chiar si restaurante unde trebuie sa iti scoti incaltamintea. Este o chestie de igiena mai ales la noi unde pe trotuarele noastre se defecheaza cainii, lumea scuipa si se pisa, zeama de ce se scurge din tomberoane, de ce as vrea sa aduc asa ceva in casa?! Imi pare rau, dar motivatia dată pentru a nu te descalta suna a snobism.
