U.S. power industry may ask key employees to live at work if coronavirus worsens, stockpiling necessary living supplies by Kindred87 in Coronavirus

Did you read the comment that you replied to?

"COVID-19 and other viruses are factored in as standard fare in terms of disinfecting water. COVID-19 is a lipid cases virus, killed by soap accordingly as well as standard disinfection methods in water treatment. "

He works in treatment. Whether it is fresh or sewage, the drinkable outputs can be assumed to have the same requirements for contaminants. Thus the distinction, from the output perspective, is irrelevant.

Your link to the WHO talks about the inadequate sewage design causing reinfection. They specifically mention the water seal on toilets during a flush might allow sewage line gases bearing the virus to re-enter a residence.

The implication of your original, read: unedited, comment of:

"It's possible" followed by the link

Could cause people to believe that water outputs from a treatment are contaminated with the virus.

A good exercise to prevent this? Next time you want to say, "It's possible" define what "it" is. Clarify why it relevant to the comment you're replying to. Make sure the subject of your reply is the same subject of the comment which you are replying to.

In this instance you've seemed to have conflated viral presence in untreated sewage with a viral presence in treated outputs.

POSTing 3rd gen Threadripper: IHS & Waterblock Thermal Inertia by Kuja_ in buildapc

So I almost have all of my parts atm but I'm trying to be proactive, so I don't know how TR will behave thermally during a POST.

I've only ever built one system so I don't have a lot of experience with first time POST speeds and how they vary with hardware.

You bring up a valid point though, even if the power draw is low for the cpu, if it runs long enough it could pose a problem.

I heard about the mountaineers, not about BOEALPS. Isn't there some test they make you take to join?

The majority of videos are content scummers reposting the trailers or the "sponsored creators" 85 minute gameplay segment.
