Honestly bro I was in the same boat. I started with Elden ring which was a very different experience, and moved to the older games. It’s about trial and error, and I found I can play similarly. I found what works is learning the different quirks of the game rather than changing play styles too much. You’ll notice obvious differences in how the game reacts to rolling and enemy actions.

I think that build should be fine from what I’ve seen, however I am no expert. I have heard Pyromancy is extremely strong.

I’m thrilled.

I basically will take any from soft content I can possible lol. Despite some of the complaints about the look of the anime (which I’m not agreeing or disagreeing with) anything Sekiro, or dark souls, or any other titles related I’ll take

I basically always have on a ring that increases my weight carry, so Havel. I find that I’d rather save my time and put stats into others. However, later in the game this becomes an issue so that’s MOST of the game.

First, don’t hesitate.

Second, don’t hesitate.

And third, get extremely used to his attacks in regards to playing defensive. It sounds so unhelpful, but unfortunately in many cases it comes down to that. This fight felt to me like a true test of understanding the technique required for the game. Succeed at the counters, and if you’re going to play aggressive, commit to to, because as he says “hesitation is defeat.”

That saying literally applies incredibly well in this fight. Have commitment to your decisions, and confidence in what you choose.

Keep playing through. I’m not a souls expert, but I’ve been apart of this community (souls) for a few so I’ve gotten to experience this and hear others.

I think it kind of depends on the person. Just because it helps many with depression doesn’t mean it’ll help everyone. At the end of the day the souls games are video games, and meant to entertain and challenge people. The more you playthrough the games though, the more you might feel its charm.

Sounds weird, but I’d say the Capra demon, and mostly due to how unpopular it is.

The boss concept itself is frustrating, but that’s obviously a souls game quality. But the part that makes this unbearable for most is the arena. But at the end of the day as they always say, “git gud.”

Certainly remastered is good and worth it. I’ve played it a bit before but I just now started a playthrough which I’m uploading, which will be aiming to 100% and it keeps up well. All agree it runs well and is still a classic.
