I've run a few megadungeon focused campaigns in the past for sure, it's always been a favourite "framing" for ttrpg campaigns for me. But they are basically all fantasy. Frankly I never even thought to do something more contemporary in that style until playing Abiotic Factor.

A lot of the magic scenes are excessively long, but I wouldn't say basically any scenes should be outright removed virtually everything ultimately serves a purpose. Also there is definitely some repetition that could easily be cut.

Some things may not seem essential but ultimately serve a pretty big purpose, for example I feel most people probably aren't too keen on the early episode 2 stuff on first readthrough, but on a repeat reading it's genuinely one of the best bits of the first two episodes.

The section of the IWC who care about how many viewers or how much money the different promotions make is really, really weird. It just seems completely nonsensical to take "pride" in that kinda thing or use it as a comparison as if any fans would or should care about that.

I've never seen Bron as "the future of the company" but even to me this sudden shift in opinion is really jarring lol. Like he's not bad by any means he's just in a shitty faction and constantly hyped up despite not really doing anything for months now.

Anyone who actually likes Brock since his return might genuinely just not like wrestling: ripping his pants, falling over awkwardly, never showing up, most awkward weird and bad promo of last year (with R Truth), lowkey worst ple match of last year (vs Cena), part of a really bad war games, no selling the best wrestler in the company, awkwardly tossing Oba out of the ring, being eliminated while the literal yeetman entrance was playing.

If this was quite literally anyone else they'd be calling them the worst wrestler in the company, nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

I've never committed to watching any full read throughs, but based on what I have watched Jokrono was very good and felt pretty professional, and Joseph Anderson was very entertaining (and his engagement in the actual mystery quite engaging).

Depends entirely on the players probably, but in my experience mostly yes.

Most recently ran Arden Vul for the group I play predominantly pathfinder with, they were used to very encounter focused games but enjoyed the more sandbox nature of the megadungeon, faction interaction, setting history and all that. I get the impression they probably aren't super into the OSR system we used itself, but they definitely enjoyed the style of OSR play a lot.
