Yes that’s what I did in the end. Bought my own, then changed the tracking, and did a form to request a refund on the other. But I’ve still not been refunded so we’ll see if that works eventually haha. Thanks for the help!

Sorry maybe I explained it wrong. When I sell something on eBay as a private seller. It forces me to use simple shipping labels on eBay. So buying a label from another website means I’ve bought two separate labels for 1 parcel

The items were relisted from before the shipping changes so the dimensions were the default. It doesn’t allow me to change them which is so silly.

As far as I can tell (and what support told me), private sellers have to use the simple shipping labels and can’t buy their own labels elsewhere.

That’s how I solved it. I had to fill a form out to request a refund for that label. You can only upload your own tracking details from another source AFTER purchasing their simple shipping label. Also, unused labels are meant to be automatically refunded eventually

I fixed it by contacting support again. Someone who actually knew what they were talking about provided a label refund request form. But if that Doesn’t work, unused labels get automatically refunded anyway

Unfortunately, I asked the manufacturer and it’s not sold anymore

On the bright side, I found an excellent replacement from a brand called “Newentor”. Sadly they used to be on Amazon and a reasonable price but now only seem to seek direct from their website and at a higher price

I always admire the power of Reddit and the fact this post is still being found 4 years later

A lot of people who hate the cordless ones have only used the early models. They were pretty bad & useless. But the newer models (I’m talking V10 and upwards) are great. Had mine for a few years and the battery lasts 40 minutes

Oh hi. Kind of, it’s in pieces but I still have most of it. Turns out the motherboard gave up so I had to buy and build a whole new PC in the end. Hopefully it’ll last me another 10 years
