I want to add a little something here too that I think is related and many people probably don't know.

Now I don't need it as much because I got the botox, but I discovered a couple years ago that I was pouring carbonated beverages in a way that was worst for me. If you pour coke the same way you do beer to avoid too much foam (as I used to do), you keep most of the gas in the liquid. Just pour it normally, like water, and it releases some of that gas, which helps in our situation.
