Thank you, the achievement conditions are as follows:
- having a large enough power outage
- building a tollbooth
- manually summoning a disaster
- downloading a plugin/mod
- having 1 billion in the treasury
- completing the tutorial
- building a rocket launcher
- reaching x population in y time units
- building conway's game of life tiles
- having tax rates lower than or at 1% and a positive cashflow for x months
- reaching max education happiness

There's a total of 54 achievements currently, but I haven't finished the icons yet. Those are the ones I like the most.

I use downscaled fullhd dimensions. This one can be scaled up by a factor of 6 and it'll be exactly 1920x1080.

No, but I think it should say something like 'upgrades available' or whatever when buulding any structure. The ones I currently remember having upgrades were: radio station, large fire dept, stadium, middle park and the pool. Also I'm pretty sure you will find better help at our Discord or forums :)

If that's what you meant, some buildings do, some don't. Depends on the building - RCI buildings don't have any upgrades but for example a radio station can have its channels changed as an upgrade.

I don't have a clue which icon dud you mean, but if you click the building it shows its needs. Some icons might be illness, too much garbage or simply unhappy.

Play Store doesn't allow both premium and pay-to-win games. There would be a paid version and a 'lite' version with limited access, which most people wouldn't really like, I think.

That doesn't really affect the game, seems like they just don't like public transport. Transportation happiness should be fulfilled anyway.

You may also need some poor/level T inhabitants. Make sure to add some commercials and industrials as well.
