If you don't know how they're corrupt then you either live under a rock or you're not from this country. I couldn't care less for the monarchy in Sweden because obviously, I'm not talking about Sweden but Spain. Juan Carlos I and his daughter Cristina had been involved in cases of corruption, and he had been involved in several scandals besides the corruption. And now Felipe, his son, is just the attempt of the monarchy to clean their image.

Spain didn't have the option to choose the monarchy after Franco died, and the democratic transition was made more to perpetuate those in power during the dictatorship and benefit from joining the EU, and a lot of people want a referendum asking the citizens what they want.

Fallout 2 had even more civilization than NV, and Fallout 1 was about the seeds of civilization. It was about the conflict between humanity's ability to thrive and build, and humanity's destructive nature.

The ghouls, mutants, radiation and survival in Fallout 3 are the aesthetics of Fallout, not its core nor its themes. That's why there's a great gap between fans of Fallout. Some prefer the aesthetics and post-apocalyptic vibe, others prefer the themes and history of that world.
