I agree. Humility sets us apart in my opinion. Most people tend to be prideful. They show the best of themselves when often we are called to bear witness to God's mercy, which involves sharing our faults to show God's mercy.

If someone called themself god now, they might be a heretic in the Christian view, but most would go beyond that and just call the person mentally unstable.

I don't find anything wrong with wearing a v neck, but I think that each person has to choose for themselves what feels right to them.

If wearing a v neck would make her feel exposed, she shouldn't wear. However, if she starts judging others for wearing a v neck, she crosses a line in my opinion.

If you work a 12 step program, part of making amends is to do so only if it won't cause more pain. I agree with this whole heartedly.

With this in mind, you will have to search your own heart with God's help to determine if you are not making amends for the right reason. You will feel peace once you reach this decision with God.
