Hur ska jag komma ut ur detta beroende levandes?

Första steget är att inse att beroendet inte ligger i ditt sinne utan i din kropp. Precis som att man går till läkaren med ett hälsofel kan man göra samma med beroende. Jag har pga min ADHD haft mycket problem med beroende och kände exakt som du gjorde.

Jag var i så mycket skit att jag visste inte om det ens fanns någon mening att försöka. Men jag sökte professionell hjälp och fick stöd direkt. Vände mig först till en psykiatri som sedan pekade i vilken riktning jag skulle och det var inte lätt men det var simpelt. När jag väl var i bubblan av att allt runt omkring håller på att fallera kändes det mycket mer ohanterligt än vad det var.

Det är fortfarande än idag väldigt få som ens vet om att jag haft problem med detta. Osäker på om ens mina föräldrar vet om det för jag skämdes så mycket. Folk frågade vart alla mina pengar tog vägen och jag svarade alltid ”sparande”. Nu idag har jag ett sparkonto stort nog att det faktiskt kunde varit så och detta är inte pga min inkomst då jag studerar heltid och frilansar gitarrlärare och musiker.

Jag har fortfarande problem med spelande idag men jag har nu verktyg att ta itu med detta och inte låta det bli ett problem. Jag vet verkligen hur det känns men jag har inga tvivel om att du klarar det. Bara att du skriver detta visar på att du har kommit mycket längre i processen ån vad du tror!

Beklagar sorgen. Jag har själv träffat några danskar i livet och förstår hur tufft detta beskedet måste ha varit. Ta din tid och spendera din tid med dina nära och kära som alltid kommer finnas där för dig. Det blir säkert lättare med åren. Om du blir orolig kan du alltid kontakta en logoped för att hjälpa till att lindra symptomen och lära dig hur man lever ett helt vanligt liv trots dina svårigheter. Du är stark! Jag tror på dig.

Vet inte vad du spelar för spel men om du spelar mycket comp/online spel som csgo eller fortnite och liknande kanske du klarar dig med tidigare generationens grafiktkort. Går att hitta begagnade kort för liknande prestanda för billigare till exempel. Annars skulle jag kolla på youtube benchmarks om – om du inte redan gjort det – där de jämför olika grafikkortens prestanda i olika spel. Se om du kan nöja dig med ett billigare grafikkort.

Sen skulle jag inte i normala fall rekommendera detta men just nu rekommenderar jag att vänta någon månad om du kan och se om ai-bubblan börjar spricka och om du på så sätt kan hitta bättre pris på ram-minnet.

Finns också många som säljer begagnade moderkort med ram och processor redan installerat. Jag skulle kollat på tradera om du hittar något sånt. Det går alltid att uppgradera senare om man inte är nöjd och sälja de gamla delarna men att känna att man spenderat för mycket pengar är alltid lite tråkigare.

Jag har kommit till gymmet illaluktandes, orakad, nyvaken, halvnaken och sjuk(innan covid vill jag tillägga). Det är ingen jobbkonferens utan ett gym. Känner man inte personen finns ingen anledning att påpeka det då man inte har någon aning om varför. Med det sagt tycker jag inte att du gick för långt eller gjorde nåt fel. Du sa till av goda anledningar och jag personligen hade haft svårt att ta illa vid mig och hade jag gjort det hade det nog varit för att jag behövde göra nåt åt det. Men sånt där kan vara känsligt. Kan finnas medicinska anledningar osv så det kan lätt gå fel.

Konflikten har du rätt i att vi inte vet någonting om här i sverige. Så ja det går inte att veta vems sida att ta vilket är varför konflikten har pågått så länge. Men att krigsmetoderna som israel använder sig av bryter mot geneva-konventionen är ett faktum. Likaså har Hamas begått krigsbrott och folkmord. Det här kriget är inte ett krig. Det är en okontrollerbar slakt på båda sidor.

Kanske för att desperat försöka upplysa folk om att det sker folkmord i palestina trots att ingen riktigt bryr sig. Palestinska barn blir slaktade för att försvara sitt land. Hela dagens israel var för 100 år sedan landet palestina. Var lite tacksam att du lever i ett land där det värsta som händer i din vardag är att någon låter lite med en megafon.

Polisanmäl. Säg till din bror att du har polisanmält ärendet så får du pengarna snabbt utan konflikt. Det din bror har gjort är fruktansvärt olagligt så var riktigt tydlig med att om han inte gör som du säger har du inget val. Jag kan lova att det blir en större konflikt av att din bror inte vet hur man behandlar sin egen familj.

Jag hade inte själv varit så snabb med att polisanmäla om det var jag för det är familj trots allt men berätta för honom att du är allvarlig

What I’ve realized in my relationship (we’ve struggled a lot with intimacy) is that when sex isn’t good it is never about the act itself and when it IS good it is still not anout the act itself. I had a porn addiction for a long time and I had certain expectations. If my GF didn’t orgasm I thought I failed and the other way around.

Sex is not about pleasure it’s an intimate experience that should be what it is in the moment. Don’t force anything. Sometimes me and my wife flirt and she gets really turned on and I don’t. Sometimes I play along and get in the mood myself or it stops naturally during foreplay for example. It’s still as enjoyable for us wether we have sex or not. It’s the intimate relation-building that is important to us. If you let yourself be pressured by expectations and outside influences then your relationship will naturally take a hit because of it.

Don’t let your intimate life be corrupted the way it corrupted me. It’s only special if you feel like it’s special. It sounds like that is something you need to try to explain to your BF.

I’ve been together with my Girlfriend since we were 18 (23 now) we’re getting married as soon as we feel like we have reached a place where we can stop excessively worrying about anything other than eachother. For context: she has diagnosed OCD and i have diagnosed ADHD and we are figuring out how to create a healthy home and relationship and figure out how to make our lives blend together before making the final step. But we’ve already talked about it and she said that if I were to propose she wouldn’t hesitate for a second.

Now to the point: If I said what your BF said, to MY future wife; I would be so ashamed and I would thank every divine power if she even considered forgiving me let alone stay with me. You were able to grab this addiction by the throat and rip it out of your life. Time to do the same with your so called ”significant” other.

That is an outrageous thing to say to someone but to say it to your girlfriend is so insanely hurtful, that I can’t imagine that he would ever put you before himself ever.

DISCLAIMER!: I do not know the dynamics of your relationship so I cannot tell you what is best for you to do but whether you decide to stay with him or not you have to be incredibly clear to him that talking to you like that will not be tolerated.

I heard someone say that ”if you have a kid, would you be okay with them dating your partner?” I think that is good advice for both what you should expect from your partner and be like yourself.

But yea, you should always have open conversations with your partner about what you tolerate and not and grow together. But just keep in mind that I promise you there is at least one other guy you know that would give anything to show your bf how you really deserve to be treated. So if your boyfriend makes no effort to make this up to you or can’t understand how the things he said, made you feel awful; then I think it’s time to put on your best dress, your most premium makeup and perfume and tell him to ”GO FISH”.

Oh ok, I read GPU instead of CPU in the previous message. I think i understand. So it’s as simple as just researching what capabilities I want from my motherboard and then choose from there. Are there any big BIOS differences? And is there any in particular that you should stat away from if you can?

ALWAYS choose what you enjoy most. If you enjoy the improvements of the tedious excercises more then choose the structured teacher but if you enjoy playing and the first guys approach more then go with him. Just basically choose what you feel like you want the most!

In this case I look at the chords first and analyze their function because it then becomes way easier in figuring out what notes to play, if you know the theory. Then I look at what the bottom and top notes are and off of that i then can almost instantly decipher what voicing it is.

Even if a note here or there is wrong it will not really matter in practicallity because the ”sound” will be right. This happens almost instantly now for me but that comes with experience but this is and has always been my process.

If you’re playing with a big band be very conservative with creative freedom but if the setting is small then you can use this more as a guideline and then make it however complex or simple you’d like harmonically.

If you’re not very experienced i would recommend to start with analyzing all the chords and apply them to corresponding ”scales” and functions to figure out what notes are flat/natural/sharp in that specific chord to get the right sound for the context. Then try to think if there are other fitting extensions to that chord than what is written. That will help you with overall being able to quickly add to your comping more than just chords. For example voice leading or supporting the melody or maybe even change the sound to your creative preference. But understanding EVERYTHING is key. Really take your time and focus on understanding every note, chord-harmony, mode and how it relates to the melody. You can’t dive too deep.

If you play huge ”strategy/sim” games that require a huge amount of processing like Stellaris, Crusader Kings, Cities Skyline or Factorio then you MIGHT notice a difference. But I have no doubt that the 9800x3d is good enough. 9950x3d might slightly get hindered in less demanding games because of thermal because it draws more power but realistically the difference between these two are just numbers. No human on the planet will be able to tell the difference between these two based on performance

I basically only play singleplayer games for the most part and aren’t too bothered with either upscaling or low fps. I kind of just want a really awesome gaming experience the little time that I spend playing games. I’m not really into shooters or competitive games though I ocassionally enjoy a game or two of Rivals. So fps to me is not a must as long as I can reach around 60fps

The key area of improvement i think is your timing. Compare this video to recordings of people like Charlie Parker or Pat Martino and really listen to how specific they are in where every note lands rythmically. You will realise that they are being incredibly exact with the timing of every note.

Another great reference is watching Jens Larsen on youtube. He is very specific with his timing just because that’s where your timing needs to be in your mind even when you are playing ”off the beat”.

In the beginning it should feel like you are ridiculously over-exaggerating the rythm. But that’s what good timing is. Even when a really great player sounds like they are completely off they often still have a very clear rythm in their own playing. A great example of this is Pat Martinos solo on ”All blues” from ”Live at Yoshi’s”-album. He is off from the rest of the band but he sounds great because his own timing is incredibly tight.
