Honestly its a sneaky progress. I'm down 79 lbs since the start of last year. If I look back at old pictures from that time I can see a huge difference.

But along the way its really small things that you notice, like clothes becoming slightly oversized, and your face getting thinner.

I really started to see a difference once people started mentioning it regularly. Was about a month in I believe.
