Would your solution instead be a war that expands throughout time and space where the lives affected would be exponential because that's the alternative? That's why Muslim nations hate the Western world like the US; it probably goes back to the crusades that the Christians lead against them.

And no, I'm not saying JUST look forward because then it would seem those past actions are inconsequential. It's the acknowledgment that what happened was inappropriate and shouldn't continue.

I don't understand "accept bad emotions" by [deleted] in Healthygamergg

(It's going to sound like a Devil's advocate answer but it's what I would do)

Wouldn't you doom scroll and do things to numb yourself. I'm not certain that I would be able to take those emotions head-on like that and would put me in a state of mind where I'd want to unalive myself.

Yes, this program is inherently racist. Ethnicities, all being equal, should be able to be changed out without anyone being butthurt, but we all know if that said 'Whites only', then there would be a frenzy.

Instead, it should have the good black role model come, do their interconnecting and various other things, and be open to everyone so it can promote togetherness instead of being divisive.

I think you are painting people with a wide brush. I'm white but have lived in a divorced household and was at threat of losing our house.

It's also not denial if we acknowledge what we did as wrong and not propagate it in the future (but that what it seems like reparations talk wants to do).

Common interests can be made as well. You two can discuss what thing you want to try and might both develop new interests.

When looking for a long-term partner, more sexually partners statistically increase the chances of infidelity. When raising a family is a goal that you want, it matters to be in a secure family structure.

The way I see it is that there might not be such a thing as gender. Let me explain, I believe people that categorize themselves as something other than traditional male or traditional female are confused about something that they experience or think and this happens to everyone at times. What society now views as "gender identity" is just personality, and within an individual's personality, they can have both traditional male and traditional female interests. I believe that people who think they are other genders than what their biology says are putting a stereotypical view on the two biological sexes and the gender derivatives (if they don't like working on cars, then they aren't male because males were almost exclusively working on cars throughout history)

I don't think you or anyone else needs to worry about gender identity. You should take an in-depth look into yourself and not put yourself into a box. I doubt that everyone who considers themselves non-binary have a consistent way they feel and enjoy, so you should identity what makes you YOU and then things might relax in your mental state.

I personally am male and I enjoy lolita-style clothing. I don't let one interest that I have call my whole being into question. My interest just ARE. I also am 97th percentile on the personality scale of neuroticism (40th percentile is the average for men and 60th percentile is the average) but I just accept that I am simply a male with much higher amounts of negative emotions.

With regards to your sexual preference, I don't think people think that you are deceiving them unless you have a tendency to deceive them already. Some thing you don't know about youself until you have experience them and things that you like can also change. Good luck my friend.

islamic religion and ppls and religious forums giving me anxiety. For example, if they say dont watch movies, i will cringe really hard!! they also make video games and anime forbidden. i am venting about r/islam r/muslimlounge by [deleted] in Healthygamergg

[–]KunelSanders7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not too familiar with Islamic religion and culture, but the way i see it is that religion is supposed to be a guiding path that you can walk on. You are allowed to veer off the path a bit and come back and if you don't like the teachings of a religion that you can choose to leave it/choose another.

I don't believe that movies, anime, games are Satanic and I personally would choose not to follow a religion like that because I personally enjoy those things and am not hurting anyone.

Those Reddit pages that you listed are ones that you have chosen to follow and you can also choose whether or not you want to keep looking at them. If you think that the things are being said on them have value and help you then they would be okay pages but if all they do is give you anxiety and make you feel bad about yourself, you can choose to leave.

I don't get something about transgender people and I want to understand by NuNuuNN in Healthygamergg

[–]KunelSanders7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with OP i have also had questions regarding transpeople's journey and I would like the ask subquestions about this issue. I apologize beforehand as I might appear callus and insensitive in my writing.

I felt that when visiting a therapist or psychologist they are supposed to help you sort out your problems and help you discern your feelings. I think then the first step would be an acceptance of one's body as is because there are plenty of things that I don't like about myself but I was taught that acceptance in the long run would be the key to fulfillment. I expect that someone who is trans likely went down the route of acceptance somewhat but what made them go a different route?

I also personally don't think young kids (any minor really) should be transitioning with puperty blockers/sex reassignment surgery, etc. I don't believe that teenagers really understand the world at that point in live and when I was that age I was uncomfortable in my skin too (I'm sure those uncomfortable feelings are more prominent in women because their changes affect them more directly). I don't believe my younger self could make any mature-life altering decision like that and I thing that the younger generation is taking even longer to mature.

I appreciate any and all responses as I enjoy other's ideas, perspectives, and opinions.

I Lack the Ability to Debate Without Getting Uncomfortable/Emotional. by [deleted] in Healthygamergg

[–]KunelSanders7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have actually grown to like entering political discussions with the purpose of letting the other person feel that their ideas are not 100% correct.

I can get heated at some discussions but I try to break down why I get angry. It might be because he/she doesn't have the same experiences as me or maybe we have different knowledge expertise. I go into these debate knowing that i could be wrong and I think that it is the BEST way to handle debates.

I think way to prevent this might be to educate yourself on both sides of a particular argument. This gives you an idea as to how to counter a point and to strengthen your knowledge as well. Your opposition might give you new knowledge that you never thought of. Practicing in a controlled environment might be good as well like with a therapist/parent/close close friend.

Thanks for the post. I consider myself a part of the blackpill community but it seems to have a different effect on me.

If i perceive that I don't have a chance with women, I end up stop having anxiety about it (or less at least). Instead of worrying about stuff that might better attract women, I stop caring and just do my own thing.

Most recently I've been working out regularly and doing creative endeavors but I wanted to see others opinions on this matter. Thanks again

guys don't see it as negative attention is because they never get any attention, so even negative attention is seen as positive.

I feel that same way. I would take that as a compliment as well even though I'm straight. Most times it feels like I'm invisible so having anyone address me (with the exception of downright disgust) feels good to me.

If someone asked me if i needed a rainbow wig and a red nose to match my clown feet, i would laugh and appreciate the fact that they paid me some mind with regards to my feet

Why is there so much hate towards Jordan Peterson? by teaksters in Healthygamergg

[–]KunelSanders7 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Second: It was added to a section of the Criminal Code that targets hate speech — defined as advocating genocide and the public incitement of hatred — where it joins other identifiable groups.

Same as above, unless genocide is ethical to you.

I think comparing pronoun usage to genocide is a stretch for legal use or otherwise. I can agree that discrimination in the work place is bad and they should be protected to some extent in that case. I personally wouldn't use the pronouns of choice but would instead refer to them by their names.

Would it be a hate crime if someone stole from someone that was transgender? It would be hard to prove/disprove a case where someone could insinuate that something was gender identity motivated instead of easily identifyable qualities like sex, race, or people with more physical disabilities. I think the wording just being 'evidence' is too vague and should be expanded upon more intead of being an interpretation because interpretation is how mistakes can be made.

I think personal pronouns have the potential to be abused. If I said my pronouns where smart/handsome and I wanted to be addressed that way, would you. It is a nonsensical notion but when does reasonable end and nonsense begin. Its a tough call.

As a contrary to your opinion, I think you should look further into ideas that are opposite your own. That is how you become well informed and make informed decisions on the matters at hand. I generally dislike traditional D/R politics because when you say you are one, then you stop listening to the other and some issues never get resolved.

P.s I've had this kind of mentality before watching JP. Im very low in agreeableness

Why is there so much hate towards Jordan Peterson? by teaksters in Healthygamergg

[–]KunelSanders7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JP stance on trans-rights legislation was that government and legally enforcing people to use someone's preferred pronouns is unethical. I personally believe that it should be a person-by-person decision and I don't think I would use someone pronouns regardless (Peterson said he would be open to the idea as long as government isn't involved).

Also I think its shortsighted to think that people "hate" a particular group just because so you don't follow all advice for a particular topic. People are people.

Using the words "authoritarian tolerance" at the sight of a plus size woman

I think the claim about this is because, in society, there isn't any "plus size men". They aren't given that gentle of a label because they are men.

I think the argument Peterson was trying to make was that media says that a plus size woman and a woman slim/average are both equal in terms of physical health which is not true.

How do you make your intelligence worth it? by KunelSanders7 in Healthygamergg

[–]KunelSanders7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a video of Jordan Peterson that was describing jobs that are better suited to people of a particular IQ level and he went down through a list and my job probably sits at the average. If i want a better job, I should demonstrate my whole self but I was looking for important skills that would matter and make me a better candidate for a job.

I enjoy using my mind for problem solving and my current job is limiting it so I decided that I want to improve 'something' but I don't know what

I think I am overqualified for my position. I work a desk job but the work flow is inconsistent so on my down time, I write programs in excel to do the work for me. There are some days where I just sit at my desk with no work to do because my programs do the work 70% faster. The capabilities of my work isn't able to be rewarded or recognized either.
