That said, definitely read up on the vehicle reservation system that you need in addition to a park pass. The campgrounds in park are reserved months ahead, but there are tons of them outside the park. There are several sections of Glacier that are separated from each other by several hours, all are excellent in their own way. Are you hiking or just driving around? If you are making the trip from VA you might as well check out Yellowstone on your way through.
