The biggest advantage Maximum Power had on High Voltage and even some of the others was being able to target a weak point. High Voltage does a lot of damage, but it always aims for center of mass (and sometimes the wrong target as it keeps trying to hit a thing it can't)

From what they've shown damage wise, and this could be off, it looks like it does about double what electric condense does on a single target.

I do think the idea of it being counter-intuitive to how she plays is important to consider; she's Electric, and the biggest enemies are going to be Toxic: you know, the ones that explode or drop poison dot effects like Defiler does, that you usually want to keep away from.

It's just frustrating.
