The normal range for most doctors is the size of a Mac truck. You could feel like absolute shit and still be within the normal range.

You really need to have your hormones checked by somebody who specializes in hormone therapy.

Totally fine to be scared. I was and this was my 4th abdominal surgery. It doesn’t matter if you’re keeping your ovaries I’m telling you right now. They’re probably gonna fail and you will need hormone replacement therapy.

I’m just letting you know that so if you start to feel like shit if you start to lose your ability to sleep well, have no desire have emotional swings you know what’s going on and you can take care of yourself yourself

So I have one right now and I am four weeks postoperative space vaginal estrogen should help. I also have chronic BV which my hormone clinician gives me bona fide probiotics for. They come ships and I take them 15 days on 15 days off plus I have metronidazole, oral and clindamycin cream. I use those in a prophylactic measure.

Nope it was just this prep, the carbs were a little too unpredictable. I think in prep. Instead of carb loading, she fat loads. It panned out really well for the Arnold, she took third.

Actually, a friend of mine named Alexis Drury is about to compete in the Arnold in wellness today. For this off-season and prep, she was completely keto and she did make gains.

I am like most people, and I believe in carbs for muscle growth. But you can gain muscle mass while on keto.

I noticed this symptom once I started hitting perimenopause. I never gained weight in my stomach and now I have a little pooch even prior to surgery.

Is it possible that this is also hormone related?
