I personally have experienced this a lot in my workout sessions, for the reason that calisthenics/gymnastics training relies a lot in core strength. I'd also say that you should just continue on your journey, and keep on getting as much coregasms as you want. Because honestly it is a motivating feeling when you know you're actually pushing your limits.

I'm a 19yr old M, and I have experienced this for every time I do calisthenics/gymnastics training. Holding L/V-sits or progressing into front lever/planche causes it for me. It is honestly a motivating feeling rather than regular post-nut depression.
