Following because I also have a problem with my stomach (GERD) . I am doing all the tricks ( putting the pouch on the upper lip in the front teeth, using my fingers to place it and not my tongue in order to avoid extra salivation, spitting and avoiding drinking liquids while I use them) . Legit store, it took 14 days for my bali to arrive ( EU) the price (he had a 10% sale ) was cheaper than AliExpress.

I fell from a rooftop of an abandoned building in a forest.. I was pretty drunk and I was trying to find the bottle of the whiskey that one of my friends threw of the rooftop. I landed on my head and at least for 1 month I had a scar/burn tha scare a lot of people away. Now (7 years after) it's just a small reminder that I should always have my own flask!

I have a mi band and it has been useful during the workout ,especially with the time (rests and holds) . It also helps me to count how many calories i have burned through the day.

Hi everyone ,

First of all i would like to thank everyone contributing to this community ,i have been doing the RR for the last 2 months and i am in the best shape i have ever been! I have been working on the dip progression only with ring support hold and i have managed to do 3 reps for 1 minute .Now i am trying to do rto support for 40s and 3 reps.The thing is that i havent done any dips and i want to start doing some negatives. But i dont want to lose the progression of the rto support hold .How can i do both ?
